The Conference is normally conducted at a local host site (church or other) with forty or more men serving as the Conference Board of Council. These local Christian men from various churches and denominations form the sponsoring organization in cooperation with the host. Ministry to Men produces and directs the Conference in cooperation with sponsors as well as furnishes organizational manuals and assists in developing the Conference. The conference is designed to be self supporting creating no financial drain on the host facility or organization.
Ministry to Men prefers to work on a one to three-year planning cycle to schedule conferences. As much as possible, the same conference team of speakers is used for each conference. Additional leaders are added as the individual Conference requires.

THE BASIC CONFERENCE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF:
FIVE GENERAL SESSION SPEAKERS
Men known to be effective leaders and communicators of the subject matter. Principle speakers will often lead seminars also.
10-14 SEMINAR LEADERS
The general session speakers, MTM Directors and men who are known for their abilities as seminar leaders and have expertise in the particular area of emphasis on which they are speaking, will lead seminars. (Seminars are conducted three times during the conference. Additional seminars are added when the number of registrations warrants.)
MUSIC
The entire conference is bathed in music. Special music will be arranged by MTM in cooperation with the church/host facility.
TESTIMONIES
Selected men are scheduled to share brief testimonies that relate to each of the four areas of ministry.
The final session summarizes the message of the four areas as they relate to the MAXIMUM MAN, Jesus Christ. The conference closes with a commitment and evaluation session.
The basic conference schedule is:
Friday 6:00 pm - 9:25 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
(Conference work books, lunch or breakfast and refreshments are provided)
Ministry to Men Foundation arranges for the conference speakers and seminar leaders, conducts the conference, prepares the promotional material (brochures, posters, church bulletin insert information, etc), maintains a data base, and provides regular reports to the conference chairman. Ministry to Men maintains a supportive posture. Ministry to Men processes registrations and provides weekly reports.
The sponsoring organization arranges for the meeting facility, organizes conference committees, promotes the Conference, handles host committee functions, establishes the guarantors fund, follow-up, and has the responsibility of getting men registered.
